The gfu-consult is a specialist for strategy implementation. Our integrated consulting approach has been tested and trusted, especially when it comes to complex strategy challenges and difficult organizational transformations. Consultant (m/f)
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for project management and the consulting of our clients onsite. As a member of a project team, you will moderate work groups and you will support our senior partners. When leading a project team, you will be responsible for the identification of possible problems as well as solution approaches. In doing so, you will apply your professional, personal and social experience. Your current work experience enables you to recognize the potentials as well as risks in specific markets. You will thus be able to effectively contribute to the development of corporate strategies.
Requirements:
You have at least 3 – 5 years of professional work experience in the industry and/or consulting, a university degree, majoring in business and/or social sciences as well as an additional graduate qualification (MBA, Phd.). You possess fluent English language skills that you acquired preferably through international experience. Additional foreign language skills are desirable. Important personality traits are the ability to work under high pressure, persistence, excellent communication skills, self-confidence, authenticity and your power of persuasion. Your work is structured; you possess great analytical abilities and you work with a result oriented focus.
