The gfu-consult is a specialist for strategy implementation. Our integrated consulting approach has been tried and trusted, especially when it comes to complex strategy challenges and difficult organizational transformations. In the course of our further development, we are looking for an:
Assistant (m/f)
Responsibilities
You are responsible for the direct support of the management during the day-to-day business and for the realization of client projects onsite. You will work on the conceptual development of projects; take over the project management as well as the responsibility for the project controlling and project reporting. You will have the sole responsibility for the realization of part projects, which will develop the basis for your further personal development as a consultant.
Requirements
You are a graduate and/or a young professional with a university degree in business, social sciences and/or engineering and you have work experience from industry and/or consulting. You possess fluent English language skills that you acquired preferably through international experience. Additional foreign language skills are desirable. For the current MS-office products, we require sufficient practice skills.
Important personality traits are the ability to work under high pressure, persistence, excellent communication skills, self-confidence, authenticity and your power of persuasion. Your work is structured; you possess great analytical abilities and you work with a result oriented focus.
