The gfu-consult is a specialist for strategy implementation. Our integrated consulting approach has been tried and trusted, especially when it comes to complex strategy challenges and difficult organizational transformations. In the course of our further development, we are looking for an:
Management Trainee (m/f)
Responsibilities
You will support our project teams during their daily business. Through this way you will be introduced to advanced project management. You will also be responsible for conducting quantitative and qualitative corporate analyses as well as for the organization of client project offices onsite. Additionally you will participate in the preparation and follow up of client management workshops.
Requirements
You have a bachelor’s degree and gained your first work experiences through internships. You possess fluent English language skills that you acquired preferably though international experience. Additional foreign language skills are desirable. For the current MS-office products we require good practice skills.
Important personality traits are the ability to work under high pressure, persistence, excellent communication skills, self-confidence, authenticity and your power of persuasion. Your work is structured; you possess great analytical abilities and you work with a result oriented focus.

The opportunity to complete an extra-occupational master’s degree program after the first two years of your personal development. You will gain additional theoretical knowledge during your studies and the opportunity to expand this knowledge through the practical application at the gfu-consult. A personal mentor will support you in order to successfully complete this phase.
The successful completion of a master’s degree offers good perspectives and is the career base for a management consultant position at the gfu-consult.
